A lot of the work I do is conceptual or for practice rather it being a final piece, and this is because I have a portfolio that needs 'building' for school. So I do a tonne of sketches (in various mediums - I'm quite known for jumping from watercolour to oils...terrible, terrible habit)and end up doing one or two resolved works.
If anyone has an idea of a way of improving a sketch, be it a different subject or a style change, then I would love to hear it! Fortunately, I'm not restricted to any one particular animal/object/etc or medium, so any hints/tips/comments/suggestions are hugely appreciated!! ^-^
DevArt is an amazing site - we're lucky to have it.
